What levels of math do you tutor?

I tutor sixth grade math all the way through college courses and graduate school exams.

How many hours of tutoring do you recommend per week? 

I recommend at least one hour per week. Even if your schedule is full, attending for thirty minutes every week is better than a two-hour session every other week.  Consistency is what’s important.

Can I contact you between sessions if I need help on a specific math problem? 

Yes, provided you’re a recurring student and we have an established teaching relationship, I’m happy to help in a pinch. That said, I generally ask that students write down questions as they arise and bring them to our next session.  

Do you have a cancellation policy?

I need at least a twenty-four hour notice in order to not charge you for a canceled session. While I understand that life happens, this business is also my livelihood. If you need to reschedule a session for another time in the same calendar week, provided I have the availability to accommodate you, you won’t be charged for the missed session.
